Unlock Your Literary Adventure!

Clark County libraries invite everyone to participate in the “Adventures Begin at Your Library” Passport program!

Starting May 1 and running through August 31, 2024, pick up a passport at any one of the ten Clark County libraries.  Visit them throughout the months of May-August and have your passport stamped and initialed by library staff.  While visiting, please note an interesting feature at each library.

How it works:

  • Pick up Your Passport: From May 1st to August 31st, visit any Clark County public library to grab your exclusive passport. *one passport per household*
  • Embark on Your Journey: Like an intrepid explorer, journey through all ten Clark County libraries, discovering hidden gems and fascinating features.
  • Collect Stamps and Notes: At each library, collect a stamp, staff initials, and note an interesting feature in your passport.
  • Return by September 6th: Return your completed passport to any Clark County public library by Friday, September 6th, at 5 p.m. for a chance to win prizes.

Prizes and Drawings:

  • Grand Prize Drawing: Visit all ten libraries to enter the coveted grand prize drawing for a chance to win $75 gift cards to Marieke Gouda, Aroma Café, or Tender Shoots Gardens and Greenhouse.
  • Partial Participation: Even if you’ve explored just five libraries, your passport still qualifies! Each library generously offers three $10 gift cards to Subway, Kwik Trip, and Dollar General.
  • Prize Reveal: The prize reveal will occur on September 20th, at 3 p.m. at the Granton Community Library, also available for virtual attendance.

    Benefits of exploring your libraries:

    • Discover Diverse Libraries: Explore the diverse libraries within Clark County, each offering a treasure trove of unique materials and experiences.
    • Get a Library Card: Library cards are free, and the same card can be used at all ten libraries.
    • Visitors welcome! You don’t need to be a resident of a Clark County community to participate. Come see all Clark County has to offer!
